Frank's Wedding Ceremony Vendors and Resources

Frank, Molly and Lulu.

Greetings soon to be Newlyweds!

Below are lists of Live Musicians, Photographers, Caterers, DJ's and other creative resources you might need for your wedding day celebration.

"Wedding ceremonies are like snowflakes;
no two are ever the same."

Although I have worked with all of these vendors, some on several occasions, I do not book them, that's up to you. Since I update these lists regularly, Vendors are not listed in any specific order. Click on the web site links for more information.

Elopement Locations
Elopement-style weddings can take place just about anywhere…It’s always good to scout out and do a site inspection before your wedding day, that way there are no unexpected surprises. Try to visit the locations at the time you are considering having your ceremony. For a sunset wedding, try not to have a West setting sun at your back or in your face.

Live music is usually very cost effective and a great addition for any size wedding ceremony!
If you hire live musicians you can extend their participation by having them perform during the first hour of your Reception.

Favorite Downloadable Wedding Music

There is a lot of music to chose from for a wedding but one of my favorite groups for contemporary wedding music would have to be the Vitamin String Quartet.

They cover music from Madonna, the Cure and Alice Cooper to Green Day, Beyoncé, Maclemore and Ryan Lewis. Wedding Music Collections include The Modern Wedding Collection volumes 1 & 2, Rock-N-Roll Wedding Collection volumes 1 & 2, The Gothic Wedding Collection and The Gay Wedding Collection. From their website you can sample, purchase and download any album or individual song.

Discover some of your favorite music performed VSQ-style.

Professional photographers are not cheap and for many couples, one of the most costly items of their wedding day. Most photographers offer a variety of "Packages" and all are negotiable for weddings that take place Mon-Thu and off-season (Oct-May). Many offer special pricing for Elopement-style weddings too. Always make a point to ask.

Photos from several of these photographers are featured thorughout this website.

DJ's can provide amplification to large wedding ceremony, often they will act as the MC, and the good ones, really know how to engage your guests and keep a Dance Party going. The DJ'S listed below are all availabe to provide music for both the ceremony and the reception, as well as host your reception program. Each is very different in their approach.

RE: Music for your event
"However, if your event is hosting a smaller gathering, or you do not see a need for a "DJ", there are a lot of couples like you. And thanks to the ever-changing technology for storing, organizing and playing music, the venue's house system or a simple PA system -- that you can rent, along with an iPad or Laptop can provide a majority of the background music and create a party atmosphere. Using your personal music mixes adds your flavor to the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and after party. I am always happy to answer questions about this kind of stuff, just ask."
